THE MEEEEEEERRRRRRYYY FAMILY.
one of the biggest ways photography has changed me has been in realizing when moments and times are important. i was hanging out with shelby a few weeks ago and she told me that her parents were selling their house (it’s more than a house though- it’s their family homestead and was built by hand by shelby’s dad) before they left i knew they needed family photos on the land where they built their lives. so…are these photos any mind blowing crazily lit, beautifully composed photos? nope. but do these photos teem with life & the merry’s vibe and give good feels to the people i’m taking them for. hopefully. and i love that. that is what’s important to me in this little photography world.
